ORDER ACCEPTANCE
BEI Supplies appreciates your business. Our business
is structured to supply the computer product needs of individuals, businesses,
institutions or agencies.
BEI Supplies reserves the right to, at any time, after receipt of
any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply less
than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.
ORDER INFO
To better serve our customers and provide the quickest and most
reliable service, BEI Supplies will be offering the following improved
shipping options:
- Standard Ground - Usually delivered within 2-7 business days
- 2nd-Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day
- Next Day Air - Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location
- Free shipping on any compatible order over
$50 or any other order over $500. Please note that free shipping is only
available to order shipping within the 48 contiguous US states.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
At BEI Supplies, we'd like to help you resolve a
purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms
and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note
that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the
complete returns policy before you make your purchase.
General
Policies
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be
processed without one.
- An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the
original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- The returned package must be received within
10 business days of the RMA issue date.
- All products are sold with their respective
manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary
by manufacturer and product.
- When returning products, we strongly recommend
the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility
for insuring the returned item.
- Please note all returns conditions listed
below, as applicable to your return.
- A restocking fees of 20% will be charged for
all non-defective products.
- Items weighing 150 lbs. or more need to be
coordinated through our Customer Care Center by calling (800) 724 5666.
- All items must be returned in "as new"
condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank
warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
- All defective cartridges must contain at least
75% of the cartridge's capacity as purchased.
- BEI Supplies does not cover items that are
damaged due to improper storage or handling on part of the customer.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Please note that sales
on certain manufacturers’ products are final. Please contact the manufacturer
for repairs or replacements of these items.
All
Other Hardware Products
- May be exchanged or returned within 30 days of
the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- Credit will not be given on printers, fax
machines, build-to-order items, and special orders for any reason. However,
exchanges will be allowed if requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Please remove all installed ink or toner
cartridges prior to repackaging your printer for return. Cartridges left
installed during shipping can seriously damage the printer, in which case
credit cannot be given. Contain these removed cartridges in either their
original packing or a securable plastic bag.
Discontinued Products
At times, BEI Supplies will offer specially priced items that have been
discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued,
are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clearance Items
Returns on clearance items are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if
the product is damaged or deemed defective. An RMA must be obtained in order for
a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange clearance
products, as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or we no
longer have them in stock.

include your name, company name, order number, address, phone number, and
email.
- You may contact our BEI Supplies at
(800) 724 5666 from Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM EST.
After Receiving Your Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- Write your RMA number legibly on the return
label. Please do not write on the outside of the box.
- Return the entire package to:

Crediting Your Account
Credit will be issued within 30 business days of
receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card
account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10
additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual
account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial
institution.
Product
Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a
replacement item and a new tracking number once BEI Supplies receives, approves
and processes the returned item.
